What activities do you support?
We can create artifacts for cycling, running, triathlon, hiking, trail races, gravel events, and more. If your route has GPS data, we can likely build it.
How big are the artifacts?
Artifacts are 10cm in radius and the frames are 8.5 x 11 inches. If you need a custom size, contact us.
Are these limited editions?
Event artifacts may be limited editions depending on the race. Custom artifacts are one of one.
How long does it take to make my artifact?
Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 4 to 7 days before pickup or shipping.
Do you send a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof of your design before printing so you can confirm everything looks exactly right. We only print once you’re 100% happy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
We offer free pickup and local delivery in Vancouver, BC.
Can I create an artifact in a different language?
Yes. We can produce framed artifacts in any language, including custom text and characters.
Can you create something outside your standard framed designs?
Yes. We can take on custom work beyond our standard formats. Contact us to discuss what’s possible.
What if my route data has errors or gaps?
If we notice issues with your GPX file, we’ll reach out before creating your proof to ensure the final result reflects your effort accurately.
Are purchases refundable?
All artifacts are made to order and are final sale.
What file do I need to upload?
We accept GPX files exported from platforms like Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, and similar tracking apps.
