Before you start.
What if I don't have a GPX file?
Most fitness apps export them. In Strava, open the activity, tap the three-dot menu, and select Export GPX. Garmin Connect, Komoot, Wahoo, Apple Fitness, and Coros all do the same. If your route lives somewhere else or you only have a screenshot, message us and we'll work it out.
What if my route is in a remote area with limited map data?
We use real elevation data from open-source topographic sources, which covers most of the world at high resolution. Very remote alpine, polar, or undeveloped regions can occasionally produce lower-resolution terrain. We always send you a proof before printing — if the area you submitted doesn't render well, we'll tell you and offer alternatives.
How long does production take?
Roughly 7-10 days from order to ship. Each piece is 3D-printed, hand-finished, and framed in Vancouver. We'll send you a proof for review before anything goes into production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We've shipped to customers in seven countries so far. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
Can I order something fully custom?
Absolutely. The studio handles most route artifacts directly, but if you have a specific vision — multiple routes on one piece, a different format, a gift bundle — book a 15-minute consultation and we'll design it together.
What does the proof process look like?
After you order, we send you a digital proof showing the terrain layout, route path, and frame mockup. You can request adjustments to the framing, colors, or text. Nothing prints until you approve.
